Only available for purchase if you’ve submitted and received approval on a “DIY” uniform piece. Please refer to the Sixthman Uniform Standards document (or read below) for details.

 

If you’d like to wear a uniform item that isn’t available through the Sixthman Uniform Store,

you may purchase your own item with prior approval.

DIY items must:

• Be business casual and in good condition

• Be approved before purchase

• Receive an approved Sixthman logo patch (if applicable)

• Reflect CREW where applicable

• Be an appropriate color (royal or white are most likely to be approved, but feel free

to send other colors for consideration)

To request approval, email uniforms@sixthman.net with:

• A product link (or high-resolution photo)

• Your mailing address

DIY items, logo patches, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the staff member.

• Garments: Left chest

• Hats: Center front
